Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain pricing models using Akur8 software.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Provide actuarial support for pricing, reserving, and risk management activities.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in actuarial science and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Professional actuarial designation (e.g., ACAS, FCAS) or progress towards designation is preferred.
- Proven experience with Akur8 pricing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
