What You'll Do:
We're looking for a Medical Economics Analyst or Data Scientist who thrives in value-based care environments and has deep experience with care models driven by statistical and predictive modeling.
In this role, you'll:
Drive predictive modeling and risk adjustment strategies that directly impact care delivery and quality.
Leverage Medicare data, particularly around Medicare Advantage risk scores, to uncover actionable insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians to ensure accurate risk coding and documentation practices.
Develop and interpret complex statistical models that guide decisions around clinical support, cost savings, and patient outcomes.
Play a central role in helping the organization better support its providers and improve patient outcomes using data as a guide.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in statistical modeling applied to healthcare care models (this is core to the role).
Strong familiarity with Medicare risk adjustment, HCC coding, and predictive modeling methodologies.
A background in medical economics, healthcare analytics, or data science within a payer or provider setting.
Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and communicate them to both technical and clinical audiences.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting clinicians through data.
