Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate with over 6 years of experience in restructuring and turnaround advisory to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing high-level engagements and will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's business development initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients across various industries, providing insightful and effective restructuring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restructuring and turnaround engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely results.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop strategic recommendations for distressed companies.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, restructuring methodologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in restructuring and turnaround advisory, preferably within a boutique or specialized firm.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CIRA are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $176,000
Bonus: 50% - 75%+
