Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate with over 6 years of experience in restructuring and turnaround advisory to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing high-level engagements and will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's business development initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients across various industries, providing insightful and effective restructuring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage restructuring and turnaround engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely results.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop strategic recommendations for distressed companies.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, restructuring methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in restructuring and turnaround advisory, preferably within a boutique or specialized firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CIRA are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $176,000

Bonus: 50% - 75%+
