The team is dedicated to providing strategic solutions to distressed companies, helping them navigate complex financial challenges and achieve sustainable growth. Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Turnaround and Restructuring Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, and financial advisory services. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and clients, providing critical support in developing and implementing restructuring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability of restructuring plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute turnaround strategies, including operational improvements and financial restructuring.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience building 13-week cash flows and the three financial statements
  • Assist in negotiations with creditors, investors, and other parties involved in the restructuring process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of restructuring initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide support in due diligence and transaction execution for distressed asset acquisitions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting restructuring and turnaround practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, or financial advisory services.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Compensation:

Base Range: $130k - $150k

Bonus: Discretionary target bonus of 30-50%+
