Job Title: Commercial Lines CSR Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community organizations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR practices into business operations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our CSR efforts.
- Build and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience with Commercial Lines
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license with retail experience.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Location: Sarasota, FL Employment Type: Full-time, in-person for at least 9 months
