Position Overview: Our client is seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Senior Associate, Vice President, Director, or Senior Director. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in diversified industrials and possess the ambition to advance to a Managing Director and leadership path within our firm. You will play a pivotal role in driving client engagements, developing strategic initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support client transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, pitch books, and other client deliverables.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the diversified industrials sector.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in investment banking, with a focus on diversified industrials.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
  • Ambition to advance to a Managing Director and leadership role within the firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Compensation:

Base Salary: $160k - $225K

Bonus: 30% - 100%
