Investor Relations Associate
Our client is a $1.5bn Real Estate firm in Austin, Texas. They are looking to add a talented Investor Relations Associate to their growing team. This individual will support all aspects of fundraising, investor relations, and marketing functions. This individual will be a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and thrive in an ever-changing entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality work accurately, completely, and promptly
- Prepare and update marketing and investor materials
- Maintain and organize the internal CRM system, logging investor calls, meetings, and updates
- Track and respond to outstanding investor inquiries and requests
- Complete due diligence requests from LPs
- Manage the investor closing process during fundraising
- Coordinate and produce quarterly investor reports
- Assist in planning and executing annual investor meetings
- Collaborate with other teams
- Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 2-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Real Estate
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic
- Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
