Position Overview: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's operational functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute the firm's strategic plans and operational policies
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including finance, legal, compliance, human resources, and administrative functions
- Performance Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the firm
