Summary
Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a leading quant hedge fund looking to add a strategy associate to it's financial operations team. Reporting directly to the SVP of the group, they are looking for a detail-oriented critical thinker that will drive business initiatives, identify opportunities to make teams more effective, and implement new processes as the team grows to scale.
Responsibilities
- Envision, research and propose business initiatives in the financial operation technology spaces
- Manage the operations of working with third party consulting firms as resource augmentation for front office teams
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on projects or other business related matters
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in the software industry, preferably with PaaS or SaaS experience
- 3+ years experience in Professional Services Operations, Operations Management or Management Consulting
