Enterprise Risk Senior Associate
An elite hedge fund with over $60 billion in assets under management is expanding its Enterprise Risk team with a Senior Associate to assist in their systematic, intra-alpha, and traditional trading strategies.
The Senior Associate will be exposed to the firm's trades across all asset classes and will manage the framework for operational risk while leading group members in the identification and remediation of risks. The collaborative environment of this firm offers a high level of visibility among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Execute risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate and remediate risks.
- Oversee the Operational Risk Framework within the Investment Management group.
- Create and develop the enterprise risk framework and best practices across the company.
- Maintain remediation strategies and implement future controls.
- Create reporting and metrics in collaboration with senior management.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience working in the risk management function of a financial services institution.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulations in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in analyzing complex data and making data-based decisions.
- Experienced in creating and executing stress tests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
