This role plays an integral part in the organization's Investment team, operating in a supportive, growth-driven environment. The Associate will gain valuable exposure to a wide variety of asset types, investment platforms, and components of the capital stack.
Key responsibilities include financial analytics, underwriting, due diligence, loan closing, and portfolio monitoring for the firm's real asset credit products. The position also offers opportunities to work on projects such as acquisitions or developments in areas like hotels, multifamily residences, offices, and retail spaces.
Ideal candidates possess:
- At least two years of experience in finance, real estate credit investment experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional demeanor and positive attitude
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, especially with team members across various locations
- Attention to detail and quantitative proficiency
