Senior FP&A Analyst
We are currently working with one of the best healthcare providers in the nation as they are looking to bring on an FP&A Analyst in an individual contributor capacity. This person will be responsible for conducting financial assessments and modeling, leading internal audits, reviewing strategic financial research, and developing performance reports.
Responsibilities:
- Provide resources and advice; build relationships; adapt to new responsibilities; respond to feedback; support team collaboration
- Apply expertise; follow procedures; collaborate cross-functionally; solve complex problems; improve processes
- Conduct and interpret financial assessments; review business, financial, or economic data
- Lead audit processes; resolve weaknesses; assess high-risk areas
- Create budgets and forecasts; analyze trends; make recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- 4+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience
