Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Proactively provide resources, advice, and mentoring; respond to feedback; adapt to change
- Apply expertise to generate solutions; follow procedures; collaborate cross-functionally; communicate progress; address improvement opportunities
- Prepare accounting activities and reconciliations; maintain support documentation
- Assist with reporting to external parties, compile data for reports
- Review operational statistics; respond to ad hoc analysis requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 3+ years in accounting or finance, with managerial experience
- Analytical, organizational, problem-solving; proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
