Risk Controller (F/M/D)
Your Role:
Identify, measure, and assess material risks while ensuring proper documentation.
Conduct regular and ad-hoc stress tests to analyze potential risk factors.
Monitor risk-bearing capacity and contribute to maintaining the risk inventory.
Assist in regulatory reporting and implementing new compliance requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for risk-related inquiries from different departments.
Contribute to the development of internal control systems and risk strategies.
Support cross-functional projects with a focus on risk management.
Your Profile:
A degree in economics, mathematics, finance, or a relevant field.
2-3 years of experience in risk controlling, financial services, or consulting.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
A structured, analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team.
