Job Title: Lifesciences Managing Director, Investment Banking
Location: Hybrid, offices in NYC, LA, Arlington, Chicago
Job Description: As the Managing Director of Investment Banking, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Investment Banking operations. You will lead a team of talented professionals, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts. Your expertise in financial analysis, deal structuring, and market trends will be crucial in guiding clients through complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the investment banking team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial models, pitch books, and transaction documents.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.
