Vice President of Investor Relations
Position Overview:
A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Associate. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's investor relations and fundraising activities. This individual will assist in managing investor relationships, preparing detailed communications, and coordinating reporting and events. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in real estate finance, strong writing and analytical skills, and a passion for building investor trust through transparency and responsiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for current and prospective investors, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and accuracy.
Support fundraising processes, including preparation of pitch decks, PPMs, RFPs, and data room management.
Draft and distribute investor communications, including quarterly reports, portfolio updates, and performance summaries.
Maintain and manage CRM systems to track investor activity, preferences, and commitments.
Work closely with internal teams (acquisitions, finance, asset management) to ensure consistent and accurate investor messaging.
Assist with the planning and execution of investor meetings, site tours, webinars, and annual events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic communication and outreach.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in investor relations, real estate private equity, investment banking, or related financial services.
Strong knowledge of real estate investment structures, financial modeling, and reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Juniper Square, Salesforce).
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
