Investment Banking Senior Associate/Vice President
My client is a premier merchant bank dedicated to serving innovative technology, media, and digital companies. They provide specialized advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and strategic financial consulting.
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate or Vice President to join the TMT-focused investment banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A and capital markets advisory, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing transactions within the TMT sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions from inception to closing.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction structuring and negotiation.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and pitch materials to clients and potential investors.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, providing exceptional advisory services and insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes within the TMT sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A and capital markets advisory within the TMT sectors.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
