Comp: $125,000 - $150,000 base
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing and rapidly growing boutique Investment Bank that covers the diversified industrials space looking to add an experienced Associate to their team in Houston, TX. This individual will have the opportunity to join a lean team, work closely with senior leaders at the firm, interact with clients, and gain extensive M&A reps while enjoying a positive firm culture and exceptional work life balance.
The Investment Banking Associate can expect to:
- Work up and down on deals, working across the execution of M&A transactions from inception to successful close
- Collaborate with senior leaders at the firm
- Conduct market research and financial analysis
- Engage in the training and development of analysts
- Work across market adverse sub sectors within the broader Industrials space
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- At least 2 years of Investment Banking experience, preferably within the Industrials sector
- Bachelors degree in Finace, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Currently located or willing to relocate to Houston, TX
- Strong financial acumen and modeling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
