Job Title: Corporate Development Manager
We are currently partnered with a top tier professional services firm looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to their growing team. This Corporate Development Manager will have the opportunity to join a team that is on track to have another record year gaining buy-side M&A reps and experience working with senior leadership.
The Corporate Development Manager will:
Help lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisition opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to support M&A transactions.
Manage the due diligence process, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Develop and present investment proposals to executive leadership.
Negotiate key transaction terms and structure deals in alignment with strategic objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with target companies, industry partners, and financial institutions
The Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in corporate development, FDD, TAS, or a similar M&A-focused role.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
