About Our Client: Our client is a leading insurance organization specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for both property and casualty lines. They are committed to delivering customized insurance products and exceptional service to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop New Business: Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through solicitation, referrals, target marketing, and industry affiliations.
- Proposal Presentation: Develop and present proposals to potential clients in a timely manner.
- Negotiation and Execution: Negotiate and execute new and renewal production goals as established with management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of responsive client service.
- Documentation and Coordination: Properly document all conversations and materials with insureds and carriers, and efficiently coordinate and process new business.
- Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving any coverage issues, audits, endorsements, accounting, claims, or marketing issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in underwriting and business development within the property and casualty insurance sector.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
