Title: Production Underwriter
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Position Overview: My client is seeking an experienced Production Underwriter to join their Commercial Lines team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining profitable relationships with clients, and ensuring the highest standards of underwriting excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of business in the commercial lines space.
- Evaluate and underwrite risks within your binding authority.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to develop innovative solutions for complex risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Underwriter in commercial lines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
