We have a current opportunity for an Elite Boutique Generalist Investment Banking Analyst for a Boutique in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct detailed financial analysis and build complex financial models to evaluate potential M&A transactions.
• Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, conducting industry research, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Market Research: Perform comprehensive market and industry research to support transaction strategies and identify potential acquisition targets.
• Pitch Books and Presentations: Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Transaction Execution: Support the execution of M&A transactions, including drafting transaction documents, coordinating with clients and other advisors, and managing project timelines.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and calls, providing analytical support and contributing to discussions on transaction strategy and execution.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers, associates, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of transactions and high-quality client service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience or internships in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields is a plus.
