Role Responsibilities
As a Vice President/Director - Real Estate Investment & Sales, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships across Germany and the wider DACH region. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, and key stakeholders in the German real estate market.
Driving sales and capital-raising efforts, leveraging an extensive professional network to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborating with internal teams and directors across the business to develop tailored investment solutions.
Navigating the generalist-specialist model within a large organization, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
Providing market insights and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Role Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
8-10 years of experience in real estate investment, sales, or relationship management within a large organization.
Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in Italian or French would be a strong advantage.
A proven track record in building and maintaining high-level relationships with institutional investors.
A deep understanding of the DACH real estate market, including investment trends and capital-raising strategies.
Experience working in a structured, multinational environment with a collaborative approach.
A results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
