Sr. Fixed Asset Accountant
Our client, a leading CDMO focused in Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology is looking to bring on a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control fixed asset system and process
- Record fixed asset additions and retirements in system
- Ensure deprecation, disposals, retirements, and transfers are properly calculated in system
- Assist in creating accounting policy and procedures
- Track company's fixed asset spending
- Complete and submit property tax returns
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting
- Experience working with project managers and engineers
- Experience with depreciation, asset life cycle management, and knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
- Financial reporting expertise
