My client is one of the top investment management who focuses on alternatives. To support their growth in Asia, they are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to support the team.
Duties:
- Work closely with distributors to support the pre and post product on-boarding process and manages the after-sales client services.
- Deliver a high standard of service by resolving queries for investors in a timely manner.
- Participate in projects and provide updates with distributors in meetings.
- Responsible for regular fund due diligence and manage incoming RFPs and other ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product management and client servicing experience from investment managers
- Strong experience in Alternative Investments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must as it is a regional role
