Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis on the media and entertainment sector.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and pitch books for clients and senior management.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the execution of transactions, including drafting transaction documents and coordinating with legal and regulatory teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
