Investment Banking Analyst | Energy
Selby Jennings is looking to speak with candidates currently in Investment Banking or Big 4 Financial Services focused on Energy for an Investment Banking Analyst role.
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience, and are looking for a challenging environment with great mentorship and active deal flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Industry Research: Conduct research to understand market trends and industry dynamics.
- Presentation Preparation: Create presentation materials for client meetings, including pitch books and other deliverables.
- Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of deals, coordinating with different teams and managing documentation.
- Client Interaction: Support senior bankers in client interactions and relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in investment banking or a related field is a plus.
