Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evaluate complex actuarial processes and frameworks.
- Develop strategies to improve life insurance product development.
- Anticipate and address business challenges and regulatory issues.
- Ensure actuarial techniques and company policies are appropriate.
- Monitor profitability and risk positions of life insurance products.
- Represent the company on industry committees.
- Lead and mentor actuarial team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant actuarial experience.
- ASA designation and MAAA membership.
- Proven leadership experience.
