Trade Application Support Engineer - Hong Kong

A prestigious multi-strategy hedge fund with over 15 years of history, are looking for a Trade Application Support Engineer based in Hong Kong, this position demands high-level engagement with full trade lifecycle processes across various dynamic trading systems.

Responsibilities:

Meticulous monitoring and management of live trade lifecycles including follow-up tasks and postmortems.
Troubleshooting settlement issues to ensure swift resolution during post-trade processing.
Collaborating closely with development teams for effective system integration as well as external counterparties when necessary.
Oversight of software deployment, client reporting support alongside managing both investment-related projects and operational upgrades or changes needed within production environments.

Necessary Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required along with:

Familiarity With Trading Protocols : Hands-on experience using FIX protocol crucially supports front-end connectivity between financial entities ensuring reliable data exchange essential for market operations .
Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Python Linux SQL
