Job Overview:

A real estate investment firm that is looking to bring on a Investor Relations Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate in Investor Relations, you will play a key role in managing relationships with existing investors and supporting the firm's fundraising efforts. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a keen ability to analyze and present real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, maintaining regular communication and responding to inquiries.

  • Support fundraising efforts, including preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for new investment products.

  • Assist in managing investor reporting, including quarterly and annual updates, performance reports, and fund updates.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to assist in the development of new investor strategies and communication approaches.

  • Help manage the due diligence process for new investors, ensuring that all information is accurate and aligned with investor expectations.

  • Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping of investor communications and investments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as asset management, finance, and legal to ensure a seamless flow of information to investors.

  • Assist in coordinating investor events, including annual meetings, webinars, and other engagement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Real Estate, or a similar financial services role.

  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of real estate investments and performance metrics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling reports, presentations, and investor-facing materials.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other investor reporting tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with senior executives and external investors.
