Sr. Manager/Associate Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting
My client, a Pharmaceutical company in Westlake Village, CA, is looking to bring on a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to coordinate all SEC Financial Filings and be responsible for maintaining the company's SOX compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical accounting support
- Manage the company's stock administration
- Ensure financial statements are consistent with US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the annual and quarterly reports (10-K and 10-Q)
- Coordinate with External auditors
Qualifications
- Master's in Accounting preferred
- 8 years of accounting or reporting experience within the Bio-pharmaceutical Industry required
- 3+ years of public accounting experience from a Big 4 Company
- CPA Required
