Senior ETF Strategies | Global Alternative Investment Fund

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement ETF strategies, including market demand assessment, product positioning, and distribution opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to market ETFs to both institutional and retail clients in Taiwan.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to create product plans and supporting materials.
  • Partner with AB Taiwan's institutional and retail sales teams to expand the client base, and participate in client meetings and events.
  • Serve as the ETF subject matter expert for AB Taiwan, covering product structure, industry trends, competitors, and methodologies.
  • Conduct training sessions, visits, and seminars for securities companies to boost product awareness and promotion of ETFs.
  • Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop marketing materials.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
  • Represent the firm in interactions with the press, regulators, and at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing ETF business plans and achieving business growth.
  • Experience in engaging with clients and media to promote ETF investments.
  • Possession of relevant SITE/SICE licenses.
  • Strong knowledge of ETFs and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess opportunities/issues and recommend business solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • At least 10 years of experience in ETFs.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with SITE/SICE regulations and general compliance in the asset management industry.
  • Knowledge of investment markets and products.
  • Deep understanding of ETF business strategy and extensive experience in promoting through brokerage relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to help build the AB ETF business.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Established relationships within the ETF industry.
