One of the largest manufacturers in the confectionery industry is looking to grow their Cost Analysis team by bringing on a Senior Cost Analyst and Cost Analyst. You'll report to the Controller and work hand in hand with the Operations Manager for loss elimination initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on loss elimination activities, designing tools and resources for identifying, quantifying, and monitoring losses within the plant.
- Drive loss analysis and productivity agenda.
- Track actual performance against relevant KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in a cost analyst/cost accounting role
- Manufacturing industry experience required
