Senior Actuarial Analyst - SG
Responsibilities:
Assist in calculating the reserves required for automotive warranty portfolio.
Lead profit-sharing calculations for partners to ensure precise financial tracking of incentive programs.
Build and enhance actuarial models to evaluate risk exposure and estimate future liabilities.
Collaborate with teams across Accounting, Finance, Sales, Claims, and Underwriting to provide actuarial insights and data-driven recommendations.
Perform financial impact analyses and assess overall business performance.
Contribute to establishing actuarial methodologies and assumptions used in reserving and underwriting practices.
Support the creation of reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 3 years of actuarial experience, ideally in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
Successful completion of at least two actuarial exams (SOA or CAS), with continued exam progress encouraged and supported (study time, materials, and bonuses provided).
Strong background in reserving and/or pricing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL (or similar data tools), with the ability to effectively analyze and interpret large datasets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage projects independently while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
