Responsibilities
-Conduct in-depth research on the fund industry and companies, analyze industry dynamics and cutting-edge trends, regularly complete special reports, form insights for decision-makers, and support project expansion and cooperation implementation
-Support fund structure research, complete product structure return calculation, empower product design and business decision-making
-Based on business scenarios, build an efficient data&strategic analysis model, propose valuable strategies at the fund operation, management, and strategic levels, and promote their implementation
-Support project teams to complete strategic planning, participate in setting goals for each cycle, complete daily project management, and promote the orderly implementation of projects
Qualifications
-Graduated from well-known universities both domestically and internationally, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
-More than 5 years of consulting, strategy, PE/VC related work experience, asset management/fund experience is preferred
-Having solid industry research and data analysis skills, as well as strong business acumen, familiar with the financial field, and thinking critically about AI will earn extra points
-Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and rapid learning abilities, able to independently deconstruct complex problems and produce research reports
-Have good teamwork and communication skills, experience in cross team/department/company collaboration, strong exploration desire, self drive, and sense of responsibility
-Undertaking or leading project planning, project management, and project leadership for well-known financial enterprises is preferred
