Role Overview:
The PRIIP and KIID Factor Manager will be responsible for managing the preparation and maintenance of PRIIP and KIID documents in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of regulatory documents to investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and Maintenance:
Prepare and update PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products) and KIIDs (Key Investor Information Documents) in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of information presented in PRIIP and KIID documents.
Compliance:
Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure that PRIIPs and KIIDs meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to address regulatory issues and updates.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers, legal, compliance, and marketing teams, to gather necessary information for PRIIP and KIID preparation.
Act as a point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies regarding PRIIP and KIID documentation.
Data Management:
Manage and maintain accurate data related to PRIIPs and KIIDs.
Develop and implement processes to streamline the creation and maintenance of these documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing PRIIP and KIID documentation within the investment or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for PRIIPs and KIIDs.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software tools.
