Responsibilities:

  • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely performance and attribution reports; review and analyze performance metrics for client reports; conduct peer fund comparison analysis using Morningstar Direct.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders on performance matters; address queries related to fund and benchmark returns, asset returns, and attribution results; respond to requests from fund managers, client portfolio managers, and sales & marketing teams.
  • Data Management & Compliance: Maintain performance calculation data; ensure compliance with GIPS® standards; manage the list of GIPS® composites.
  • Support & Process Improvement: Support fund transitions (onboarding, asset transfers, terminations); manage performance-specific change processes (raising change requests, follow-up, testing, validation); identify and implement process improvements and automation.

Requirements:

  • Education & Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CIPM preferred; CIPM or CFA preferred (or working towards).
  • Experience & Skills: 3-5 years of performance analysis experience; strong understanding of performance and attribution methodologies; experience with FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Aladdin, or Bloomberg; proficiency in Excel and programming (Power Query or SQL).
