Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Taiwan

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, client-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive ETF business growth and build strong relationships with key clients. This role requires exceptional sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Initially focusing on ETFs, the individual will eventually represent all services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the client portfolio.
  • Ensure ongoing communication between the firm and the investment community.
  • Professionally promote ETF products with distributors.
  • Provide post-sales support using fund updates, manager commentaries, charts, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
  • Occasional travel within the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in an ETF sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Team player with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and client needs.
  • Ability to handle a wide range of questions and small projects.
  • Professional, courteous, and flexible at all times.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
