Enterprise Risk Lead (Taiwan)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine risk management tools, policies, and frameworks in alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives, applying quantitative approach wherever necessary.
- Foster a strong risk culture through stakeholder engagement and training across the Group.
- Monitor and analyze enterprise risks, providing reports and strategic insights to leadership.
- Support governance by overseeing risk management systems and ensuring effectiveness.
- Contribute to crisis management, business continuity, and other operational and enterprise risk related matters.
- Spearhead enterprise risk committee meetings, aligning strategies with senior management and business goals.

Qualifications:

- Strong track record and minimally 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management within manufacturing industries.
- Expertise in environmental and supply chain risk management.
- Proficiency in Power BI, and using analytical risk management software.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- If you are not currently based in Taiwan, a relocation package can be discussed for you and your familly.
