Director - Private Equity Product Specialist
Our client is seeking a director level IR/product professional to join their dynamic team in NYC and support the private equity co-investments product team throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product knowledge and expertise on private equity funds throughout their lifecycle.
- Create a detailed fundraising strategy.
- Manage and oversee the preparation of marketing materials and other diligence requests.
- Work closely with the sales and investment teams to provide product support and knowledge.
- Develop plans for ongoing client and prospect outreach activities including client events, onsite meetings, webinar events, and investor conferences.
Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of the private equity landscape is required; Subject matter expert in private equity.
- 5-10 years of experience working at an alternative asset manager in an investor relations or product dedicated role
- Co-Investments experience is a plus
