My client, a leading manufacturing company in Rockford, IL is looking to bring on a Cost Analyst to act as a link between production, business development, process engineering, and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support plant controller and operations manager in guiding loss and productivity analysis
- Hold process owners accountable for the financial performance of loss elimination plans
- Track performance against KPIs and production standard
- Lead assessment of volume and sku/mix portfolio
- Support accurate product costing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years of costing experience in a manufacturing company
- SAP knowledge is a must
