Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Nanjing, China

Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Accounting Oversight: Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
- Tax Planning: Manage tax planning and compliance to optimize the company's tax position and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with industry standards.
- Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing transparent and accurate financial information.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CPA) are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Overseas Experience: Proven experience in overseas accounting and tax planning is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
