Backend Developer
Responsibilities
- Participating in backend development activities, contributing to architectural decisions, engaging in design processes, conducting thorough design and code reviews, and implementing high-quality products.
- Involvement in infrastructure-related tasks, such as deploying applications, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and effectively shipping applications to production environments.
- Manage infrastructure and service costs effectively, ensuring that solutions are both scalable and cost-efficient.
- Developing and maintaining robust backend API servers, microservices, and seamless integrations with third-party services to enhance overall system functionality and architecture.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang and/or Node.js, with Rust knowledge being an added advantage.
- 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Postgres and Redis is preferred.
- Competent in Linux operations and capable of handling basic tasks independently.
- Passion for learning and a strong interest in blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- Some experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes would be a plus.
