An established LMM Private Equity firm is looking to expand their team with a Private Equity Secondaries Associate! They are located in Los Angeles, CA and focus on technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Perform detailed due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.
- Deal Execution: Assist in the structuring and execution of investment transactions, including preparation of investment memos and presentations.
- Portfolio Management: Support the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
- Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the digital infrastructure sector.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in investment banking.
- Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
