Private Equity Associate Overview:
Seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join the investment team. This individual will play a key role in all aspects of the investment process including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and portfolio company management. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, an analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in the digital infrastructure landscape.
Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis (LBO, DCF, comps)
Participate in all stages of the investment cycle from initial diligence through exit
Perform market research, competitive analysis, and identify industry trends
Assist in preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings
Support portfolio companies through strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions
Collaborate closely with senior team members, management teams, and external advisors
Private Equity Associate Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated interest in digital infrastructure or TMT sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus but not required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
