Associate - Management Consulting

Our client is looking for an exceptional Associate to join their management consulting team. You will deliver strategic insights and operational improvements to their clients in the healthcare consumer and retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. Develop tailored solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis using tools like Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
  • Research: Perform in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies.
  • Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of consultants, leveraging each member's expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant work experience within a consulting environment
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to cater messages to a range of audiences; especially the ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders and executives
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in consulting in the healthcare space is preferred but not needed

Compensation: $125K - $150K plus discretionary bonus
