About Us: Our client is an Elite Boutique Investment Bank in the San Francisco Area. They have made a name for themselves in the tech industry and are looking to expand the team and bring on an Associate.
Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for the tech industry. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting market research, and developing client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling.
- Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and transaction documents.
- Maintain and update financial databases and models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
