Cash Management Sales
Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for cash management solutions with corporate and NBFI clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored cash management solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of cash management products and services. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell banking products and services, including trade finance, foreign exchange, and short-term investments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Analyse client portfolios to uncover new revenue streams.
- Provide high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support of cash management solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash management sales or a related role within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of international cash management solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
