Senior Team Lead - Financial Accounting (m/f/d)
Our Client is seeking a Senior Team Lead for Financial Accounting on a permanent basis, located in Frankfurt am Main.
About the Role:
- Lead Financial Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate IFRS reporting.
- Consolidate Financials: Manage financial statements for multipe entities.
- Management: Manage a team of general ledgers
- Collaborate: Work with finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Optimize Processes: Streamline accounting processes and ERP usage.
- Coordinate Audits: Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance.
- Drive Decisions: Support data-driven decision-making with financial analyses.
About You:
- Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, at least 3 years in leadership.
- Skills: Strong IFRS knowledge, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication. HGB knowledge would be a plus.
- Languages: Business fluency in English, knowledge of German wuld be a plus
