Selby Jennings has been engaged by a Private Equity firm in Austin, Texas to find their next Investor Relations Associate. This individual will work alongside the Head of Investor Relations in supporting their growing fund initiatives and ongoing projects. Analytical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication skills, and relationship building are essential to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and accurate analysis, presentations and reports to the management team regarding fund performance
- Routinely verify reports and presentations for accuracy
- Tracking and coordinating investor inquiries to ensure responses are accurate and timely
- Support onboarding and reporting for investors which involves working directly with our third-party administrators
- Maintaining and updating investor information
- Assist with drafting and delivering investor communications, including assistance with updating the Investor Relations page of the firm's website
- Preparing investor reports, presentations and analysis
- Draft correspondence and assemble materials for meetings
- Schedule meetings and calls with key external parties including investors and service providers
- Identify and implement operational process improvements for routine and quarterly projects
